I don't think I've ever met someone that cares as much as Dr. Jacks and his team. They know you, remember your circumstances (even years later!) and take time to explain how to improve. Every time I walk in the office, I am encouraged by everyone's friendliness, but also by how much pride they have in making everything work in the best way possible for the patients.
