I applied with Core 3 Property Management and unfortunately had a poor experience. I paid a $60 application fee, which is almost double the local average, only for my application to stall because my previous landlord would not respond. I explained upfront that I paid rent in cash and did not have a formal lease, but they verified the landlord owned the property and still did not offer any reasonable workaround.
