Currently renting. Will never, ever do that from here again. Had water/sewage backflow into the downstairs bathroom when I was taking a shower and water/sewage free flowing from drain pipe in basement. Called the office. Put in maintenance request for that and several other things like a leak from the back door frame when it rained. Technician showed up, looked at it and told my wife “I’ll have to contact our plumber” No follow up email or calls. Issues still persist a week and a half later with no communication.
