Absolutely love the hard work they do Every time we have something to communicate with core 3 they alway communicate back and resolve every situation as best as they can. Thank you core 3 for caring about us residents
Terrible live here now and they don’t like to do anything we are currently out of power in multiple units I have no heat our electricity in my bathroom and kitchen and they won’t send nobody out today just a few months ago we went a wee without hot water and this is in the Peoria area they don’t care about this building at all
Lived there for a year and dealt with peoria location. I rented apartment in pekin don't recommend they dont care about fixing it up at all or anything for that matter. When I moved in they didnr even clean the apartment spent 3 days cleaning they said credit me 100 but only credit 80 but will charged ridiculous amount if you clean the apartment which more then likely they will scam people The gutters outside my apartment were overflowing so water would flood rhe apartment 5 area. I called a month ago inquiring about a property & was told I'd be called back but they never did. Finally called a 4th or 5th time a few weeks later, finally got the tour scheduled but was told there are 3 people in line for the property now.. was told I'd get a confirmation text about the tour but it never came. I called many times with no answer. Showed up to the house to tour & nobody showed up & they wouldn't answer their phones nor call me back when I left messages..Please, guys, it's hard enough finding a good property... read more
