We were in a total pickle, camping with our model Y Tesla. We didn't realize we had the wrong adapter for charging at our campsite. We used the after hours texting chat looking for help and Tony Chen helped us find exactly what we need to not be stranded on our trip! His response was immediate and extremely helpful from figuring out what we need, how to get it ordered and arranged for us to pick it up first thing in the morning. Thank you Tony for saving our family vacation!!!

AC works saved us big time this week. They had exactly the adapter we needed to plug our 30amp RV plug into an old welding outlet so we could have A/C during this New England heat wave. Tony was super helpful with messaging back and forth to confirm what we needed and then got the adapter in the mail same day. Also impressed by how solid the adapter feels, it gives me confidence because we had less voltage drop in our RV with A/C compressor on than we get at most campgrounds plugged directly into a 30amp outlet. I CANNOT say enough about these guys, wish I could give 10 stars! I ordered an adapter and as accidents happen, they sent me the incorrect unit which happens and is totally ok. I have no training or experience in these things so literally did not know what I was talking about. Tony, who was exceptional, helped me through the issue and not only sent out a replacement the same day but, when I explained to him that I needed it for an appliance that I was having installed, sent it express to ensure I would have it in time!
