Horrible slum! This place is HORRIBLE! The cops are always doing drug busts. The carpet stunk like rot the first day we moved in. The bedroom outlet wasn't installed right and shorted out constantly. The bathroom door frame was busted and they NEVER came to fix it. The pipes weren't put together right and our kitchen drain came unscrewed and flooded the kitchen. The landlord is a jerk.
