If Cord Shiflet and his Group sell houses like they rally for their communities - you won't find better. As we prepared to move from California to Austin, Cord came highly recommended. We soon learned why: he's deeply knowledgable, communicative, always available, and fun. Importantly, he was willing to show us dozens of homes all over Austin, never once losing his patience. Cord also connected us to all sorts of locals, some of whom are now close friends. Highly recommend!
