I rented from Cord Meyer for 15 years($20K/mth) and I have been an excellent tenant always on time with Rents etc. When I finally left I still had 2 years left on the lease. They were extremely nasty and uncooperative with assisting me on getting the premised rented because they know I was obligated to pay the rent to term. This is the type of company that will try to bleed you dry during the middle of a pandemic. Absolutely horrified with the way they interact with their "clients" with zero compassion and understanding. These people should be ashamed of themselves but to be honest, I don't think they feel much of anything at all. Would not recommend touching this so called "business" with a 10 foot pole

Poor excuse of pure greed. This company wants to kick out a tenant in the Bay Terrace Shopping Center in Bayside Queens. Jack's pizza has been there for many years and there are at least 7 vacant store fronts. Cord Meyer will not renew the lease or even let them pay what they can while still in a pandemic. They want to kick out a loyal tenant ,a great Pizzeria and the kick in the gut is to replace that Pizzeria with ANOTHER PIZZERIA. corporate greed!!!!!!!
