Horrible horrible horrible. Cancelled on at the last minute, rescheduled, appointment types changed, DON'T EVER go to Diana Chacon. Cancelled on 7 times in 4 months. She's in training and should NEVER become a therapist. I deal with attachment issues which is hard enough with her cancelling, rescheduling, then ignoring you for two days after she's supposed to follow up. Wrong profession to be in.

I have been calling for two days straight and have not had the phone answered once. My insurance referred us to them for my daughter. I am definitely having doubts.

I got really lucky and I found Corc Counseling Services through a random search with my insurance. I’ve been seeing Sharon for about 1.5 years and she is wonderful. When we meet she’s attentive and helpful but also honest. Everything with mental health is a slow and arduous process but little wins are still a win and she helps me see that. She also gives me realistic expectations about my mental health and reminds me that there isn’t a cure all it’s more about managing and maintaining. Terrible people. They treated me like waste of their precious time. I talked to multiple people and none of them had the decency to talk to me as if I’m human. I regret trying to get help here, and I want to warn all of you before you try to go through here. Don’t try to get therapy through people who won’t even treat you like you have feelings.
