I have to give 5 stars to Corbin Terrace and their staff for always providing the best services. They recently repaired something for me last week and the handyman did a great job. Thank you for always helping me out.
Requested help with a leaky sink and new handle in hall way bathroom. I put in a request and the repairs were completed quickly and efficiently. I left the apartment to do some chores and two hours later it was completed. Wow! Awesome! Thank you
The Corbin Terrace is a lovely place to live at. The Manager Elena is the nicest appartment Manager I have ever had. They are very organized here. If there is a problem or issue you are able to request maintenance via their portal. Elena is very quick to respond. They do a great job with their repairs. Thank you for your recent repair.
I noticed my front door had a gap allowing heat to escape and cold air to enter my apartment. After notifying the onsite manager, a worker arrived the next day and put all new weather stripping around my door frame. Problem solved! Thank you so much Elena for your quick and efficient response!!!
