The Corbin Terrace is a lovely place to live at. The Manager Elena is the nicest appartment Manager I have ever had. They are very organized here. If there is a problem or issue you are able to request maintenance via their portal. Elena is very quick to respond. They do a great job with their repairs. Thank you for your recent repair.
I noticed my front door had a gap allowing heat to escape and cold air to enter my apartment. After notifying the onsite manager, a worker arrived the next day and put all new weather stripping around my door frame. Problem solved! Thank you so much Elena for your quick and efficient response!!!

As always, a worker arrived at my apt. very quickly after I notified the onsite manager of a broken drawer slide on my kitchen drawer. He fixed it before Thanksgiving, which was a relief! Can't say enough good things about our onsite manager, Elena, and the contractors she hires.
Requested a new bathroom floor. After living here for 30 years, yes that long, we put in a request which was taken care of the following week. Floor looks great and the workers did a wonderful job.
