Horrible. My disabled mother is almost a month overdue for her infusion treatment. There is no one at this company (nationwide) that has helped her. I understand that some locations are closing, but that is no excuse to let patients who need these infusions suffer because of it. Thank you for nothing but terrible service, I guess.

Every month that I call to reorder food, I am waiting on hold well over 45 minutes. To have to call and speak with someone to reorder food is time consuming and frustrating. I wish there was an option to reorder online or through an automatic system when calling. If the insurance would cover something different, I would switch immediately.

Just received the food for the tube feed this company is totally unreliable we have been without food for my brother for about a week now. And I get there are holiday season but people need help even during holidays and my brother needs to get calories. I can't imagine how a place like this stays open is it just because they are the only place to go they feel they can treat consumers how they feel and neglect people in need. If there was another place to go we would have. I'm disgusted by you Coram and
