This company has many moving parts, and it needs to streamline its customer-facing side. It's been a very confusing process for both me and the employees to navigate all the insurance hoops to jump through. I still haven't gotten my first dose, and I've been working with Coram for about 3 months now. The 3 different people I've been in contact with are equally lost about whether I can get my dose yet or not depending on insurance and lab communications. Everyone has been polite, but it feels very untrustworthy as a patient.
Do not go here - they failed to actually find my vein and give me an infusion then charged me for it anyway! When I disputed the claim, they sent me to collections. Now I'm trapped in a bureaucratic hell with them. Anyone but coram.
