I am a New York food snob I guess and have been ranting for many years that I cannot get good ethnic, Asian food anywhere in the Lake Norman area. Frankly, most of the places are horrible in Huntersville. A friend told me about Coral Sushi so I decided to get some take out today for the first time. We are vegetarians so I ordered the vegetable roll, Hibachi shrimp, vegetable lo mein and a hot curry dish. Awesome food and service! My favorite Japanese restaurant.
Be careful, my husband and I both have food poisoning from eating there last night. Not only do I have bad classic symptoms of it, I have a fever that is rising through the day from 99.7 now to over 101. For someone who is working today and tomorrow, I am underperforming and canceling appointments so it is costing me to be ill like this. Please do not keep serving spoiled food to your customers.
Without a doubt, THE BEST sushi in Lake Norman area, you must try it!
Surf & Turf roll was amazing - so good. And the Zinfandel was excellent, too. Will be back for sure!
