we gave them another try last night. the sushi is not good. the rice is overcooked. the rolls were mushy. this was exactly what we experienced a month ago, but thought we just went on a bad night. also instead if pieces of fish they chop up their fish into very small pieces and then roll it. never seen that doen before at other restaurants and not a fan of that either. the crunchy rolls had soggy flakes.

I have NEVER had anything that wasn't delicious here.....always courteous staff.....I recommend Coral Sushi to anyone!!!!
Very clean, nice friendly staff, food was delicious! We tried sushi, hibachi & Chinese stir-fry! Everything was wonderful! Fresh ingredients, not fast-food the real deal!
