Have been eating at Ken and Sandy's restaurants since The first opened Bonsai in Davidson over 10 years ago. Most creative sushi menu in the greater Charlotte area with always fresh fish, not to mention excellent Asian dishes and unique items (to Asian restaurants in the area) like my favorite, their hot & sour soup. If you're a LKN foodie, and haven't tried Coral, put it on your to-do list

This is my favorite place for sushi. The food and variety are wonderful, atmosphere simple but nice but what really keeps us coming back is Ken, the owner and staff. They remember you when you come in and do little extras to make you feel welcome. Every few months they have special nights with sushi and saki, sushi and wine, but have to sign up quickly as they fill up fast.
