Aly at the front is the reason I have decided to stop taking my dogs here. I have had multiple issues, including one of my dogs never being registered, calling once with a question and her refusing to answer it, and now the last straw... I called to pickup a tag yesterday and they said they would have it ready today. Back in 2011 Dr Guerrero diagnosed my cat with a terminal illness (FIP- which there is no definitive test for). He told me my cat would be dead in a few months and it would be best to put him down soon so he won’t suffer. I then did a lot of research on FIP and consulted with other vet and discovered my cat was suffering from pancreatitis and would be fine. I can say that my cat is happy and healthy 8 years later. Glad I didn’t listen to this dude.
