April 1st 2025- huge shout out to the maintenance team for coming on the same day on a late Tuesday around 5:00 to fix a broken propeller on the fridge within 20 minutes truly awesome to have them and especially thank you to Victor the technician and his supervisor for being so friendly and helpful while fixing our stuff

Chris the maintenance director needs to be cloned. I appreciate him more than most people I know. As a combat veteran and a European native, he offers a work ethic and level of service that most Americans lack and I hope 10X values. He was employed here before 10X bought the property. This man should be sitting down with Grant Cardone. He is extremely wise and intelligent. The world needs more people like Chris.
