Llamamos al dueno Ivan, y en una semana nos mando al tecnico Orlando con las piezas de repuesto. Si hubiese sido en una muebleria grande y de renomble, meses sin resolver y mentiras van y vienen, como nos sucedio con el sofa anterior.
