The pros. Big 4 bedroom house with 3 full bathrooms. Gated resort and maintained lawn. Full kitchen and washerand dryer. The cons. The carpet was stained or damaged. The walls also stained and damaged. The Foosball table was damaged and poorly repaired. The fob they give you is attached to a 6inch piece of wood. The office was always closed during our 7day stay.

We booked this hotel for spring break. My son's first trip to Disney. They week of the trip my son came down with the flu. We called the hotel immediately! They did not answer! A few hours later, we called again and the person taking the call stated that she could not cancel my reservation without charging me the the deposit. We were within the cancellation period. Stayed October 2017 with my two kids, my friend and her daughter. Had lovely 4 bed town house, plenty of information about parking correctly, great swimming pool and park areas, our kids had plenty to do when not at Disney parks! Two minutes drive from shops and restaurants. Will use them again next time I come to Florida in few years �
