Loving it so far. Right away we were greeted by great customer service. Our condo is clean, well stocked with kitchen/linen supplies and very spacious. The juccuzi and gaming table is an added bonus. Great pool and perfect for a weekend party getaway with a bunch of teens!!!! Close to Disney too!!! Also the community is gated for extra privacy and protection!!!
When my family and I arrived, we had to figure out how to get our keys because the front desk attendant left early. There was no wifi because the the resort was in the process of being sold. Underneath the sink was leaking, toilets backing up, one kid was bitten by bed bugs and parking was horrible. Although we didn't get out vehicles towed, many people did... We will never stay at this place ever again!

We made the best of our stay but do not see ever staying again. When we tried to check in on Wednesday, our room wasn't ready. With check in being at 4 p.m. and check out at 10, you would think that's plenty of time to clean one of these rentals. Once in our rental we inspected everything to make sure everything was working and accounted for. We found that the hot tub (a big selling point) was not working. We were not made aware of any towing zones at this location, nor, were we alerted to any towing rules when we checked in, late at night. We pulled into our driveway and parked back a bit because we have two vehicles. There are trees right next to the driveway, so we couldn't open the doors to our vehicle if we pulled up all the way. During the night, our van was drug out of the driveway and taken away. Nobody knocked on the door. Nobody left a note, they just took it. This a racket! They don't tell you the rules. So if you happen to stay there, make sure you ask the guy for every single rule no matter what. You'll end up losing hundreds of dollars and gaining a heart attack if you don't. We did.
*Warning* Sure would be nice if my parents car hadn't gotten towed!!! It wasn't the only car slightly over the sidewalk but it was the only one towed!!! This resort has hidden rules to make more money. Never returning again.
We came in late last night trying to relax from a long day. Once we get in, I tried to heat up my food in the microwave. Couldn't do it, it was broken. Who keeps a broken microwave in a kitchen? Don't try to watch television as you eat your cold food. It didn't work either! Really... Go to sleep and start the day refreshed. So you think, just in time to wake up to a missing car! What kind of resort is this!! I can get better accommodations at a Motel 6!!

Your car will get towed. Be sure to look for the flyer about parking that is under the lockbox. Which by the way isn't under the lockbox.

Hidden charges are upsetting. Also if the charge is so much for a cleaning fee, I would have expected the rooms to be really clean. No, they were not. Just add the fees to the price and people would be happier with your resort.
