This was my first visit to the office the minute and I walked in, it was warm and inviting the receptionist greeted me with a smile. The mixture of Christmas and Jazz music made me feel relaxed as I walked into to the room where I was to be examined by the assistant; who took pictures and was nice and pleasant to the point where I immediately felt relaxed. I've always been pleased with the service I've received in Dr. Cook's office.
I love Dr Cook and Coral Bay Dentistry! I hadn't been to the dentist in years and they really took care of me. Dr Cook listens to all your concerns. I had some anxiety going in and I sometimes need more numbing and she was super accommodating and helpful :) I'm much less afraid of the dentist now.
The most impressive point is I felt almost no pain every time. I did some decayed teeth cure and a crown. I was so at ease that I almost fell aspleep. Trustworthy! Nice cleaning service too, comfortable.
