I recently moved to Coral Bay, i had the best experience Gonzalo Cervantes was really helpful and made the transition really easy. He attended our matters and made sure the installations were impeccable.

Melissa Sandoval made the move in process so easy for us. She was polite and kind and answered every question we had. We moved in last month and already really enjoy living here. We are close enough to every thing we need. The only negatives I would have to throw out are the parking- which is somewhat bearable, and the dog park area- it isn't grass and leaves my dog very dirty afterwards. It isn't that big of a deal though since we can just walk five minutes to the park next door!
I been leaving here for a few months now and I am happy, is a clean and until now safe community. One of the things some people don't like is that there is no assigned parking spaces, but I actually don't mind it, I always find parking no matter what time I get home. Is close to the bay and close to most stores and restaurants, a great location and nice management. The agent that help me with my apartment is Melissa and she was great. She made the process very easy and with no issues. So far, so good.
There are so many apartments here! A young lady named Rebekah showed me around the property! She was so sweet! I really appreciate the time and effort she put into assuring that my family would be happy here! There is a spa, HUGE POOL and a wonderful trail behind the apartments in Tecolote Canyon.
