Javier was prompt and supportive. The transaction was smooth. I initially contacted Cora Figueroa, MD around 10am. Within a quarter of an hour, another representative called me to gather some information and informed me that a technician would be visiting between 12-4pm. Javier arrived around 2:30-3pm, identified the issue with my AC, and replaced the necessary part by about 3:10pm. Excellent service! P.S. Javier wore a mask, which was highly appreciated. This all took place in Thousand Oaks.
