I am very displeased with this company I have sent in several requests for maintenance that have not been responded to my first four months at this residence. I had no heat requested alternative heat. They did not respond for God knows how long finally when they did they gave us a runaround. We finally got it fixed after four months. Now we have an issue with our ice machine. Any request we’ve put in has gone unanswered. We have to fight them to get them to take care of things. It’s ridiculous. This is a very poor service. The property manager, Marc, is so unresponsive and uncaring I cannot recommend this company, for either the property owner or tenant.
I have attempted to contact this company multiple times regarding a shared fence with one of their properties. They refuse to respond to my request for more information and to split the cost of the very long fence. It is falling over and they seem to have to intent to help repair it. If this is how they handle issues on their properties, then I would stay far away from them.
