I had a few issues with 3 of my Canon printers so I called and talked to Steve from Copy Tech. He had a technician out the same day and got all of the machines back up and running right away. The technician even cleaned the other 4 machines we had while he was there. Completely outstanding professional service! I would highly recommend them!!
