Amazingly well maintained property, the admin and maintenance staff are super friendly and quick to respond to any questions you have and you can even get a hold of them in person in the leasing office during the week. The apartments are modern and comfortable with great amenities that you'd be hard pressed to find in a lot of apartment rentals in Elko. If you are relocating for work I'd definitely recommend seeing if they have a apartment available the process of moving in and out on short notice was painless.
I have nothing but positive to say for the Copperwood Apartments and the manager, Kelly. Kelly is the absolute best!! I enjoyed my two year stay here and appreciate that the property is always maintained to high standards. Thank you Kelly and Jay!
