I don't mean to say this place is awful but it kind of is. Our first 5 months here were good and then it just all went to hell. We've have no hot water for 5 days and now our ac isn't working and they don't seem to think it's an urgent situation. They don't keep maintenance up on anything, they just wait till things break completely. Management is rude and snobby and extremely difficult, they don't seem to try to work with people.
