I have been a patient at Northwest General Dentistry for 5+ years. My hygienist, Mary, does a thorough job with a gentle touch, which I greatly appreciate! Dr. Vakhil is also professional. I will continue with them for years to come for my routine dental care.

The staff was very professional and patient. They had reviewed my chart prior to my appointment and asked follow-up questions.
The office staff was courteous and friendly as always. The office was neat and clean and the staff followed the COV -19 protocol. Even though I was not able to see Dr. Vikel and had not had an appointment in over a year, Dr. Otten agreed to see in less than 3 hours. Dr. Otten treated the infection with antibiotics and the pain with Tylenol #3. Within 8-12 hours I felt 100% better! Thanks a million Dr. Otten!!!!!
