Northwest General Dentistry is by far the best dental practice I’ve been to. I become anxious about having any type of work done on my teeth, but the staff here always treat me with respect and patience. From the front desk to the hygienists and doctors, everyone is friendly and puts you at ease.
Mary is pleasant does a thorough job. She is gentle with the tools and frequently uses the suction so I don't feel uncomfortable. Dr. Otten is awesome as well.
NWGD is the best. The workers are kind and friendly. I am not a fan of the Dentist office but I honestlydon't mind going to NWGD. Dr Otten is very gentle when working on your mouth. I have never had a bad experience at the office.
Northwest General Dentistry is the best of the best!
We live about an hour away but we will gladly drive this hour to go to our dentist! The entire staff is always so friendly and make our dentist trip so enjoyable! We look forward to going to our dentist every time!!!!! :)
Excellent service and painless!
We really really like Dr. Vakil and all the hygienists. The ladies in front though sometimes have a little attitude. Not always but sometimes.
I had a very nice experience during my last visit to Northwest General Dentistry. The ladies in the front office are great! Gloria is always very nice and makes me feel extremely comfortable and is very attentive to the needs of her patients. I really appreciate Dr. Otten and his great "bed-side" manner. He's always extremely concerned about his patients comfort and is ready to do all that he can to make sure that their experience is a very good one. I also like his sense of humor!!!Kudos to all!!!!
Great team of professionals from the appointment setting and follow up to remind you to the ladies that clean,X-RAY , and assist the dentist. The Dentist are also very considerate and professional and keep you informed of what they are doing or plan too do to keep your teeth and mouth healthy !Overall great place!!!
