My family has been going to this dental place for more than 10 years. We love Mary, the best dental hygienist in Houston. The 2 dentists in this office are very professional. All of the office staff are very helpful and nice.
I love Dr. Otten. His personality is balanced. He takes time to listen and to explain. We have been going there for years. The substitute hygienist was quite a bit more friendly and engaing than the regular one...but the regular one is OK, too.The only reason I gave a 9 instead of a 10 is because the place could use some updating.

My family and I have been going to Northwest General Dentistry for many years. We always have a wonderful experience. Mary is our Dental Hygienist, she is great, very professional and warm and sincere. She always does a wonderful job, very gentle. Dr. Vakil is usually my Dentist, he is great!
I WAS VERY IMPRESSED. EVERYONE WAS FRIENDLY AND POLITE. DR. VAKIL WAS DETAILEDWITH MY CONDITION AND THE SOLUTION TO MY PROBLEM.
Yesterday was my first day to go here. My friend highly recommended them and she hates the dentist. Everyone was friendly and helpful. The hygienist was very thorough with my cleaning. (It had been well over a year since my last one) She kept asking if I was ok since it was such a deep cleaning. The dentist also took his time talking with me and explaining my xrays.
