I have been very happy with all of the Staff at this office, most importantly to me appointments are on time and less waiting time puts an even bigger smile on my face.
As a person with dental anxiety, the entire staff at Northwest General Dentistry goes out of their way to make me feel relaxed. I am never made to feel irrational about my fears. Dr. Otten and Dr. Vakil always take their time in explaining my dental health and any procedures that need to be completed. I would drive across the city of Houston in order to be a patient at Northwest General Dentistry.

I hadn't been to the dentist in over 15 years and was pretty embarrassed when it came to my teeth. I have everything from decay to broken teeth. I almost resceduled my appointment because of anxiety surrounding the visit. I am so glad that I didn't. Both doctors and staff were absolutely amazing. The wait time to be seen was minimal and since removing the coffee table, the waiting area has become more social. It may just have been the clientel the day went in, but either way, the experience was enjoyable.
Great place and very friendly staff. I was affraid of dentists prior to visit to this office. they totally changed my view.looking forward for my next visit!!
