Inconsiderate neighbors, extremely strict towing, bad management, and water pipe issues. Neighbors are blasting loud music what seems like 24/7. Talking to them does nothing and police is more than useless. You get like 3 visitor passes a month(3 months ?) if you're a guest when parking. If you're not, they'll tow you anyway if your car isn't registered/in perfect order. Bad management is a gimme. They just fixed the gate after months of it being out of commission. If you desperately need a roof over your head this is the place for you. The units are weirdly built. The material of the counters turn yellow when water touches it. The water has partials in it . The leasing office rarely picks up their phone. First day into my apartment a pipe burst because of no heat ventilation and that was my fault but no one has fixed my wall or underneath the sink in basically a month and there is a hole in my washer room. DONT IGNORE THE REVIEWS. Water is off twice a week, some of the residents are not only selfish but inconsiderate. Somebody died here cause the gate was broke and it still hasn’t been fixed since then. These Apartments used to be nice and now it’s just full of trash and dog crap. Avoid moving here if possible! I regret moving here
