Don’t move to these apartments. They old as dirt ain’t been fixed. Ya ac gone stop working maintenance is poor . They barely speak English. Turn over rate terrible. Oh and they will tow your car every chance they get even if it’s 1 letter wrong in your registry for your tags. If I coulda gave it 0 star that would have definitely worked for me 0-10 WOULD NOT RECOMMEND

June to August I am emailing and calling so u can know what unit I will be moving in (No Response) I could not go in due to my work hours. Day of move in no one is aware of me moving in. I go look at the apartment it's a classic unit. The unit looks like someone just moved out literally mold and hair in shower, paint peeling, brown old chipped wooden cabinets. Rise Spring Pointe Apartments I wish I could give Rise Spring Pointe a zero-star rating. This place is absolutely disgusting. The cleanliness is a joke—dog poop is everywhere, and management seems to have no interest in addressing the issue. I’ve called multiple times to report the problem, but instead of taking action, they block my calls after the third attempt. It’s infuriating! To make matters worse, after two years of living here, the pool just finally opened, and they had the audacity to increase the rent! It’s simply ... read more
