Rise Spring Pointe Apartments I wish I could give Rise Spring Pointe a zero-star rating. This place is absolutely disgusting. The cleanliness is a joke—dog poop is everywhere, and management seems to have no interest in addressing the issue. New management is charging $250-300 in utilities and other hidden fees. Don’t let a cheaper lease fool you.
These apartments are very much a rip off I would advise you not to move into these apartments. I would advise you to really go over all the fees that they are going to be adding on once they get you in my rent has went from one price to $200 more Gas fees, water fees, utility fees definitely something that is not explained to you in the lease.
