They are beautiful apartments. The grounds are kept clean and are quiet. The Assistant Community Director Shäna Martin is great.
I love living here the only problem is the water pressure is so low would live to have it fixed
I have lived here going on 2yrs I love it here I have finally found the place where my son is not picked on by adults and kids I love the office staff they are awesome I like that people are not all up in your business I barely know my neighbors but the ones I do know are great I will probably stay until I find a house point is it may take longer to do your application process cause they check out your past rental s but it's a safe place for your kids it's quite and you end up with respectful neighbors
I have lived in this complex for over a year. The staff is utterly useless. They do not attempt to solve customer issues, instead stating policy or, "it is what it is". They do nothing but collect checks. For instance, just a week ago, trash somehow was spread across the lot, and it took all of that week to clean it up. Maintenance requests can take days to get resolved, most likely, because of how long it takes to actually get someone on the phone. DO NOT RENT HERE. We lived at these Apts for almost 2years and had a ton of problems. Not only where are rent checks stolen due to neglect from the property management but we have had to fight them every step of the way to get honesty. I am livid right now as we received our move out paperwork with bogus charges. We have pics to prove that the apt was clean the carpet was cleaned and it was almost move in ready.
