On Aug 31st, 2022, I had some surgery on my lip. Let me state that I have had many other surgeries (hip replacement, back surgery, both knees scoped and a minor foot surgery) and I have never been treated so badly as I was at Copper Ridge. Scheduled for cataract surgery July20 2021 and Aug 3 2021. My July 20 experience was so bad, I am going elsewhere for my other eye. I was repeatedly told, including pre op, that during surgery I would be "happy as a clam" and it would be like a colonoscopy for which the patient is totally oblivious to being worked on. Only as I was lying down on the bed bolted to the laser that I would not be given any sedation for that part of the procedure. It was obvious that my surgeon and the anesthesiologist were at odds. Appointment for a flexible sigmoidoscopy at 1:30. TWO HOURS AND 15 MINUTES later, we are in the procedure room!!! Really?! Hopefully we don't have to come back here again.

Always had good experiences
I was absolutely blown away at the care and attentiveness of the staff. They took the time to giggle with my 4 year old son, to make him not be nervous. Copper ridge was beyond accommodating for children to make there experience less scary and more fun. From the extra stickers, stuffed horse to the wagon ride back to pre-op they were amazing start to finish. Thank you Copper Ridge Surgrey Center from making this experience less stressful. You have excellent staff!

The staff at Copper Ridge Surgery Center is friendly, efficient and extremely competent. I recently had cataract surgery there, and they made the whole process less eventful and less painful than getting a dental checkup!
