Me and my boyfriend just moved in as our first home! We love it so far! The only problem is parking if you leave after 7pm to go somewhere you won’t find a parking spot when you get back! But other than that we love it!
I've lived at this apartment complex in the same unit for six years. I have felt safe here and have no complaints or bad experiences. What I want to say is the maintenance staff have been extremely helpful coming to fix issues promptly after putting in a maintenance request, and had a good experience with the after hours staff. He was very nice with a great attitude and polite manner. I feel my overall experience has been good other than the noise from neighbors and barking dogs. I would recommend Copperpointe to others. Super friendly community, and relatively secluded depending which unit you are located. Tons of amenities, and all buildings are freshly painted as of this past year. My dog lives with me so it is a pet friendly place, however, residents do a poor job of picking up after their pets outside, which stinks..... literally.
