A wonderful and safe place to live I have been living at copper pointe since last year, and I couldn’t be happier. It’s a very beautiful place, with a peaceful and safe atmosphere, which is really important to me. The location is excellent, close to everything I need, such as supermarkets, restaurants, and public transportation options. Kitchens are ridiculously small! Walls are patched. They use plastic baseboard. Ceiling continues to peel and fall. I'm constantly picking up ceiling paint pieces off the floor. Apartment is so dark, no sunlight. It's setup like a camper. It feels as small as a camper and I have the 3 bed 2 bath. You can hear EVERTHING through the walls. I'm constantly hearing the neighbor sneeze, farther, have sex. The parking is ridiculous. NO spots at night and management doesn't care.
Pleasant experience at Copper Pointe. Staff are super friendly and helpful. Always quick to address any maintenance issues in the apartment. Location is really convenient, and rent is competitive.
Caroline was fantastic during the whole process! We are from out of state and were not able to tour the complex in-person, but she was able to coordinate thoroughly over the phone and via email. Copper Pointe is safe, family-friendly, clean, and maintenance is responsive and so kind! Some things to note are that the floors are vinyl, so they can rip easily.
