Speed bumps brazy
I lived here 5 years and while it was a good experience at first, there became some major issues. We had several flooding issues due to pipe install errors that led to mold in the walls, ceiling, and beneath the floor finishes and carpet. Our dog was attacked by a neighbor's unleashed dog, and the apartment did not help us. The air filtration was not maintained. There are few ceiling lights, so be prepared to buy lights. Me and my boyfriend just moved in as our first home! We love it so far! The only problem is parking if you leave after 7pm to go somewhere you won’t find a parking spot when you get back! But other than that we love it!
