RecommendedPretty great place to live. Rented here in the past and came back here when I moved back to Texas. Rent is pretty reasonable, staff is nice, and the maintenance guys are great. Jessica, the manager, has always been helpful and has taken care of any concerns or questions. Jon and Eric are pretty awesome guys and make sure your stuff is fixed right when you have a maintenance need. All in all it’s nice and quiet around here, and I recommend moving here if your interested.
Their policies are restrictive and unfair to residents. They benefit the company more so than the residents.
