My daughter looked at these, put a deposit down and was told several times by the lady who showed it to her (verbally and through email) that she would receive the deposit back if she decided she didn’t want the apartment- that all she would lose was the application fee. Apparently not the case and this lady won’t return her calls or emails. Now she’s out $500 and she’s a college kid with no money. Hard lesson for her but people showing the apartments should know their job and not give false information.
