I’m writing this review because I wanted to give a well-deserved shout out to Anthony. He is the #1 reason I went with this apartment. I was in a hurry to find a place and he matched that urgency. He went above and beyond to show me everything and make sure all my questions were answered. He was extremely attentive and responsive throughout the whole process. Extremely impressed with him as an employee and Ambassador of Copper Creek!
Anthony crushed it. He knew we were in a hurry and got us leased up inside of 24 hours! While other managers at other properties said oh well I can’t show you until you make an appointment and we have to show you the full tour and I can’t do it, Anthony said let’s go! Other managers were just in the office to punch the clock Anthony likes his job and wants to work! He’s awesome!
Where do I begin? On the website Copper Creek apartments are marketed as a “relaxing apartment.” This is far from the truth. Copper Creek is hands-down one of the most mismanaged, neglected, and downright disgusting places I have ever had the misfortune of living in. Let’s start with the fact that I’ve experienced multiple floods in my apartment since moving in 2 years ago. The worst one included having water above my ankles.
