They don’t fix anything They are rude and liers.Our fridge isn’t working and we have lost over $50 in food.

RecommendedI have lived here for almost a year and absolutely love it! The apartment is wonderful for me and my dog Lola! We love the view and she loves the goose poop. 🤪🤣 In all seriousness though this is the first place that has felt like home in a very long time! I plan on renewing my lease as well! The neighbors are friendly (minus the crazy lady that always has something to complain about) and the office staff is wonderful and very kind! Maintenance is on top of things here. I do not recommend Copper Chase at Stones Crossing. Many problems since new management took over. Will not renew my lease.

Nice quiet and beautiful apartments
Very nice pet-friendly community. New management seems to be on top of things. They found a great solution to the trash issue. Grounds are well maintained. Noise is sometimes an issue as with any apartment, I suppose. The only somewhat major thing is the ISP and no other option but DirecTV. We just signed our third lease and are very satisfied for now.
I’ve been calling the office every day for 8 days and still no maintenance to fix a stopped up drain. The staff lies constantly. It took over a month to fix a microwave door. Will not sign another lease.
I would not recommend this apartment complex because they don’t upkeep the property that well even after being told of issues. During the winter time I told them in numerous occasions that the stairs had snow and ice on them and they said they would send someone out and never did. The snow and ice never moved and was left there to melt. There were wind storms that blew shingles off the roof and they were just left there and not picked up. I just think it is way overpriced for the type of service that you get.
