The food at this restaurant was very good. The service was bad though! We sat 6 feet from the bar, it wasn't very busy at all and it took forever to get a drink! The waiter was slow and acted like he didnt want to be there. He wouldnt listen to us and even when the mgr came over they both were rude. It wasnt a relaxing 5 year anniversary dinner. One n done for me at this Copper Cellar.
The food tasted good. But that's it. The waiter was VERY rude to us. Or first visit here, and it will be our last! The manager was also very rude, promising us to take some of the items off our bill, which was never done!
Food was cold, order was wrong. Had reservation and still waited over a hour. While VIP (I guess that's what they was) came through the door and seated first...
Perfectly cooked steak and shrimp Service was excellent.
I did a takeout order for our 40th wedding anniversary. My husband is an invalid and not able to sit for long periods so decided to do this take out as we have spent many,many occasions at Copper Cellar with Brenda always taking care us. The food was excellent as always and was packaged very nicely including the fudge sauce brownie with ice cream.
Just had one of the best Italian meals at Cappacino's at Copper Cellar West. Food, atmosphere, and service outstanding!
