RecommendedCopper Canyon Grill is amazing- we love to come here to sit on the patio or at the bar. They have the most amazing spinach dip and the bread pudding is so yummy and decadant. You cannot go wrong here!

When planning a good restaurant to celebrate our 35th anniversary, we both knew it had to be Copper Canyon. We ordered the spicy meatloaf. It's our favorite dish that we've had there. The atmosphere can't be beat with the water views.

busy Saturday night, but we had a large group. The GM and staff did a great job seating us. Food was great, price was fair.

This is a great place with wonderful staff to get a drink and something to eat. If you plan on going on the weekend, particularly if it is a nice day, I would make a reservation, or be prepared to wait (maybe take a stroll around the lake). This place is popular on the weekends.

We enjoyed our dinner and the service so much we came back for brunch the next day and that was yummy too. Our waitress, Astrid (I hope I spelled her name correctly) was Awesome, she just seemed to be near if we needed her. She did not bothers us while we were eating and offered great Suggestions for our food and dessertt! Thank You❤️
