My wife and I decided to visit Copper Canyon. It had been a while since our last visit. Carla got the meatloaf stack and I got the chicken pot pie. The meatloaf was delicious (as always). The chicken pot pie was a real disappointment. It looked wonderful, but there was way too much crust for amount of filling in this pie. Unlike the chicken pot pie that Copper Canyon shows in its promotional photos, mine did not extend that high above the cast iron skillet. I wish every dining experience I had was on that level of professionalism. The struck me as a group that sincerely enjoyed their jobs and working with each other ...The food was superb

Everything was great. Ribs, coleslaw, baked potato, and guacamole. Service was excellent and quick.
