Food was great and our waiter, JT is the man! Love the ribs, wife had the French Dip sandwich - she liked it. BUT here was the PROBLEM. My wife and daughter love the Chicken Potpie. They were very disappointed that the potpie is not offered at dinner anymore. Bring it back!!!! Still a lovely experience, but would have been better with the potpie. Needless to say, this won't keep us away.

This was my second time at the Copper Canyon Grill in Rio! I had a wonderful night out. The waiter was great and extremely helpful. The food was amazing and the drinks were amazing too. I will definitely go back again.
