A new dentist took ownership a few years ago and while the dental work has been fine, we've had nothing but issues with Billing and Customer Service ever since. Today's issue was the last straw. Went for my appointment today (Thursday) that they text me to say they were changing from Monday. Never called to see if that appointment worked. Text again a few days later to have me confirm.
