This place is alright I love being live alone without toxic people around me it’s very trigger me . But I hope an elevator to get fix and everything in done in order . This new landlord is very Kindly and respect as professionals I love it I give her high clapped she work so hard to make sure everything is good . I pray for maintenance is okay I knew short staff maintenance I hope everything in hand good . I love here living in my own place and peace of my mind .

The building is well managed and attentive to residents' needs. Kind employees/ maintenance staff.
Be aware of this apartments Management don’t do their job very dirty inside no cleaning person comes here on a Regular basics also Roaches thought out the building the Laundry room is very dirty I showed the landlord a video how dirty it is in December now it’s May the laundry still dirty .So don’t be fool by the outside how clean it looks and the person that own the build Robert Remus will Scan you for your money. The old management, Rob Remus etc, were horrid!! In too many ways to list! The new management has been here since October 2020 and so far they are much better!!!!!. I AM concerned about the fact that new management took over in the middle of my (2nd 12 month) lease and there has been NO indication if they are going to Jack up the rent a lot - except they have been doing a great deal of solely cosmetic work (painting, lighting, etc) - so that scares my bank account!
