The two Stressless chairs we purchased are perfection. Susan, at Copenhagen’s Tempe/Chandler store gave us great service in helping us select the chairs and right up through getting the chairs to our home. Thank you!!
Absolutely amazing service, we furnished over half a large house, Mark was so helpful and made the process easy and provided great service and support. This company gets customer service! You are better of spending a little more for great service excellent quality versus all the other low end furniture at high price !
Provided excellent customer service and were on time and professional regarding the delivery of my furniture.
I have had great experience in the Scottsdale store. Katayoon has been extremely helpful taking the time to give me ideas, suggestions. Copenhagen is one of my favorite stores. Would visit again.
We are ***** and ****** *******. We discovered Copenhagen one day while shopping in another furniture store, a lady approached us an told us about Copenhagen. Kevin was very patient with us as we shopped for chairs, sofa sectionals and area rugs.
Susan was awesome to work with for our purchase. We enjoy our new items.
The sales team at this store were helpful, fair and easy to work with. Highly Recommend.
Have been shopping at Copenhagen for years. Every piece I have is quality workmanship. This time we needed a tv cabinet. Picked out a nice one, but unfortunately it was a bit too long. Was this a problem? Nope...never worried about it. Went back, found one I liked even better in the perfect size, and the first one was picked up when the second one was delivered. Honestly, the epitome of customer service. Love everything about Copenhagen. Come take a look — you won’t be disappointed.
