The couch we bought is wonderful-exactly what we asked for. It is very comfortable, fits perfectly in the room, and looks fabulous. I had a problem with the purchase of a chair and ottoman I made at Copenhagen Furniture in *******. The chair did not swivel. When I contacted ***** at the store she arranged for a replacement of a similar chair but with a pedestal base and allowed me to retain the existing chair until the new chair arrived. I could not have been more pleased with the manner in which I was treated. It is such a pleasure to do business with a company that is honorable and makes customers feel special. I recently purchased a desk, credenza and rolling file. Beautiful items and well built. At the time of my purchased I informed the sales lady that there would be an issue in getting the large desk around the corner and into my home office.I was pleased that they made an exception and the desk was delivered unassembled. The 2 delivery men were very courteous and put the desk together quickly. They also took the extra couple minutes to lift the credenza off my wood floor so I could put scratch pads under the legs.
