Five years ago I had surgery at the **********************. At that time my fiancee visited me during my recuperation. Answered all my questions and managed my order promptly and clearly
The products are superb. I can truly tell the quality of the couches that I bought. I love the sofa bed. It was not the same as the other sofa bed that I tried before. With Copenhagen sofa bed, it comfortable because the mattress is think enough for you not to feel the metal parts underneath it. The customer service personnel are friendly and helpful.
I have recently moved into a new home and wanted to change my style a bit to more contemporary. Copenhagen was a wonderful resource and I was able to shop there safely during the pandemic. They have great selections and my sales agent, Tamra, at the Scottsdale store was very helpful. I will definitely be back and continue to shop there in the future.
