They gave us excellent advice and were very generous in delivery arrangements and setup service.
The service and quality of furniture here is excellent. We receive compliments on the furniture in our home that we had purchased from Copenhagen. We had some small parts on a bureau and nightstand that came apart. Copenhagen was able to get us replacement parts at no cost to us even though the furniture was five-years-old.
From the sales associates who helped me in store to the delivery team, I received exceptional service. Love the pieces I bought. Very fashionable store.
This is a great store. The selection of furniture and accessories is outstanding. The staff is extremely helpful and make it fun to shop here. * * *
Copenhagen Imports sent an e-mail invitation to my mother, Annette S., to share her experience of Copenhagen Imports: Scottsdale, AZ. We have purchased most of our home furniture and artwork from Copenhagen. The sales people and delivery people are very professional and have always exceeded our expectations.
Copenhagen has been a great company to work with, They made one mistake with our order, but they fixed it happily and quickly and let us use the furniture they first delivered until the right order came in. Great customer service. I look forward to purchasing from them again!
Over the years we have done business with the Copenhagen stores in both Phoenix and Scottsdale and have purchased many items. They are wonderful! Always very helpful and informative on their product lines. We rate them # 5 Star, and will always choose them first.
