Tried to call ahead just to check the wait time. No answer. So we called Salt Grass instead. We waited an hour there before we were seated, but at least they answered the phone. Too bad Copelands...your loss!
We ended up leaving after waiting an hour and a half for out food! definitely would not recommend! awful
They have a very tasty menu of true New Orleans style food. Love em !
Wow. I am a reviewer who called ahead before driving 100 miles to eat oysters here. They did not even have crackers or horse radish sauce for the oysters. I said I wanted to leave and my waitress asked me to wait to talk to the manager. So the manager came out (he looked mad) and made a huge scene trying to give the oysters away. Instead of apologizing he argued with my husband. Yuck yuck yuck. Horrible horrible customer service. Managers need to have broader shoulders.
