I've never been disappointed with the food or service.
Hostess was so rude and nasty to us then the waiter took a very long time to see us then our glasses were never filled. Food was delicious. Front staff is horrible. Dinner with my husband was ruined.
Had a gift certificate for a free meal... Service was so bad we gave up a free meal due to poor service. Waited so long for service, our drink order was never placed.
Usually the service is great, went tonight and the waiter put someone else's food on my debit card and told me the problem would be fixed immediately, called my bank and it was not debited back. So I called to speak to a manager about getting this problem fixed immediately I do have other things to do and was told they would call me back in an hour. It didn't take an hour to make the mistake shouldn't take an hour to fix it.
