Follow up after shoulder surgery. Good explanation of what happened, even showed and explained pictures of procedure. Gave great feedback on what I can expect between now and my next visit.

My appointment with Dr. Copeland was over a year ago, so this survey is unexpected. However I was very pleased with my experience with him. A fall caused a broken hip needing immediate attention; he was the doctor available for surgery, but I couldn't have been more satisfied.
I was in and out quickly, Dr Copeland was professional and was able to do what was needed immediately.
